the pool access felt really restrictive. i paid extra for the hotel's pool but discovered usage was limited to one-hour slots, and you had to book in advance. this made it REALLY hard to use when i wanted. THE vending machine charged extra for water and i thought it was a bit cheeky given the price i paid.

upon my arrival, they upgraded my room to a suite. they also prepared both the bed and sofa bed as i requested a twin bed. it really was like a lovely gesture. the receptionist was so cute and offered many suggestions for my stay of few days.

the bathroom had a terrible smell. the smell was so strong i struggled to sleep. i informed the receptionist of this matter but nothing happened to fix the issue. also breakfast was not included even though it was supposed to be when i booked.
