The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The location was central. The hotel provided spacious rooms and convenient amenities. The breakfast included good continental choices and some hot food.

helpful staff large room strict rule unwelcoming spa

The staff was helpful. They readily answered questions and assisted with bookings. The room was large. I was surprised, given its central location. It had everything I needed.

The pool access rules are strict. One-hour pre-booked sessions are required. Under 18s are not allowed. The spa felt unwelcoming.

restrictive access extra charge

the pool access felt really restrictive. i paid extra for the hotel's pool but discovered usage was limited to one-hour slots, and you had to book in advance. this made it REALLY hard to use when i wanted. THE vending machine charged extra for water and i thought it was a bit cheeky given the price i paid.

suite room lovely gesture cute receptionist terrible smell unresolved issue excluded breakfast

upon my arrival, they upgraded my room to a suite. they also prepared both the bed and sofa bed as i requested a twin bed. it really was like a lovely gesture. the receptionist was so cute and offered many suggestions for my stay of few days.

the bathroom had a terrible smell. the smell was so strong i struggled to sleep. i informed the receptionist of this matter but nothing happened to fix the issue. also breakfast was not included even though it was supposed to be when i booked.

The staff was very cute and provided helpful service. The room had some quirky features that I liked (especially the decor!). I found the pool and sauna to be an added benefit after long days.
